The UAE government has also set a deadline for several other Pakistani families to close their businesses and leave the country after it found them involved in religious activities. The Pakistan's consulate in Dubai is reluctant to share details with the media on the subject. However, the Foreign Office spokeswoman confirmed the deportations. "They violated the laws," FO spok! eswoman Tasnim Aslam told The News but added that she had no knowledge of the exact numbers of the deportees. According to her account, private religious congregations are not allowed there. Religious gatherings could not be held in Dubai except for the Friday sermon, said a source, adding that the Dars-e-Qur'aan congregation was a private function. 3 Earthquakes Strike Baja California - April 12th, 2012

Looking at another series of large quakes that has happened along the Pacific coast in Mexico. Two foreshocks, a 4.7 and a 6.2, followed by a 6.9 (originally reported as a 7.1). A very active 24 hours for global seismic activity. We had already seen two 8+ quakes in Indonesia, a 5.9 off Oregon, and a 6.5 in Western Mexico to name a few. If you live in California, this day has proven that anything is possible with mother nature. I would be on high alert, especially in Southern California. The San Andreas Fault is very in tune with this fault line in the Gulf of California.
